Teri Wade

Founder and Principal 

Teri Wade has more than 25 years of experience leading nonprofit communications and marketing programs for organizations in a variety of fields, including health and human services, education, philanthropy, arts and culture, and social research. She has devoted her career to helping mission-driven organizations develop strategies that build their visibility and audience engagement, serving as a strategic communications consultant to numerous nonprofit organizations. Teri has also served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Amida Care, a nonprofit managed care health care specializing in care coordination and Medicaid coverage for New Yorkers with chronic conditions; Managing Director of Pro-Media Communications, a bi-coastal public interest public relations firm; Vice President for Communications at the Foundation Center (now known as Candid), a national organization that advances knowledge about philanthropy and the social sector; and Director of Marketing at Baruch College of The City University of New York. She began her career as an editor and writer at the Museum of Television & Radio (now the Paley Center for Media).

Teri earned a master’s degree in corporate communication from Baruch College and a B.A. in media studies from Fordham University. In 2019, she was recognized with a Schneps Media Power Women in Business award.

Mark Wade

Video Producer

Mark Wade's videography has been featured internationally by outlets such as Yahoo News and The Daily Telegraph. He has a diversified background working in the nonprofit world. Mark is the founder and director of New Music Horizons, a nonprofit arts organization that promotes the work of emerging and mid-career jazz and classical composers. He has overseen several successful fundraising and media campaigns for the organization, which he founded in 2014. Mark has worked with Art House Astoria to produce a video that highlights with the organization's performing and visual arts programs for children and young adults; Ariva, a nonprofit serving financially insecure populations in the Bronx, to create their first online fundraising video as part of their 2020 Giving Tuesday campaign; Amida Care, a nonprofit health insurance plan for people with complex conditions, to produce branded content including an appreciation video for frontline medical workers, promotional videos for online events funded by New York City Council members, and a Fast Facts slideshow to widely promote Amida Care's services, resources, and positive health outcomes. Mark has also produced numerous videos for performing artists to promote their work. He has also lectured on the effective use of social media for independent artists and arts organizations at Candid as part of its Arts Month programming.
